About Bridgehorn
Bridgehorn is a Data, Analytics & AI/ML consulting firm working with mid-market leaders across Private Equity, Professional Services, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, and Manufacturing. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to own client delivery and grow our engineering teams.
This is a techno-functional role. You’ll need deep, hands-on technical depth in software engineering and AI/ML, and the ability to sit across the table from business leaders, understand their problems, and translate them into technical solutions your team can build.
What you’ll own
- Client delivery management: end-to-end delivery of data management, software engineering, and AI/ML engagements; architecture and code reviews; acting as the technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Team management and development: leading, mentoring, and growing engineers across projects, driving technical excellence and career growth.
- Company-level responsibilities: hiring, engineering best practices, reusable IP, and contributing to Bridgehorn’s practice-building.
We are looking for
- 10–12 years of software engineering experience, with real exposure to data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML systems.
- Strong fundamentals in system design, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
- Practical experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
- A track record of managing or mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and comfort operating in client-facing settings.
- A degree from a Tier-I or Tier-II institute.
